I have always believed that an artist does more than render what she sees. She gathers fragments of life, places encountered, histories inherited, and returns them to the world transformed. 

My work begins with the understanding that art can give form to what resists language. Across abstraction, calligraphy and an evolving study of the fleeting architecture of nature, I explore the places where memory alters what we have seen, and the visible world gestures toward something beyond itself.
